CARROT CAKE

2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 tsp soda
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
3 cups grated raw carrots
4 eggs (unbeaten)
½ cup chopped nuts
1 to 1 ½ cup Wesson oil

Mix above ingredients. Pour into 3 lined round cake pans. Bake in 300-degree oven for 1 hour.

Icing:

8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
½ stick butter
2 tsp vanilla
